It’s going to be hard to find an acceptable location that doesn’t have socialized medicine. Maybe somewhere in underdeveloped Africa or Asia. But those kind of countries have other disadvantages.

A poor country like this would welcome the massive increase in health tourist dollars and the infusion of high income doctors and health care professionals that would be brought into their country.
