I'm looking for a flow chart I have seen here a number of times. Of course, when I actually need it, I am unable to find it.

It's a flow chart of the ridiculousness of obtaining a carry permit in New York City. Anyone have it? Thanks! Sorry for the vanity. I can imagine some of the flow charts that will be posted.
