Apparently, she doesn't believe that there is a difference between ILLEGAL MEXICAN and LEGAL MEXICAN.

You would not believe the ads they are running on Univision and Telemundo. Basically, “Come and get it.” The idea being, you won’t get any government goodies, and neither will your kids, if you don’t fill out the Census form. And it’s safe! No one is going to report you to la migra for being here, if you report yourself and your six anchor babies as being here to the kindly Census people. Makes me throw stuff at the TV.
That’s good enough for reallocating congressional districts and distributing goodies from the federal treasurehouse of bankruptcy.
