Crazy Lawrence O'Donnell...Reconciliation Unprecedent?

On MSNBC's Morning Joe, insane lunatic Lawrence O'Donnell admitted what most of the public already knew: that the use of reconciliation by the Democrats is a unique and unprecedented in legislative history. And he states, with no argument, that the Senate parliamentarian has ruled this is unconstitutiona. (The first minute or so of the video is the key dialogue, though I included the whole thing). In O'Donnell's own words, "They think they know how to fly this plane, but don't."

Any attempt to pass this bill using reconciliation or unprecedented parlimentary maneuvers will create a sense of illegitimacy in the eyes of the public. We are still a nation of laws and resistance and challenges to this bill will be unending.

O’Donnell for weeks has been saying reconciliation cannot work in the situation of the Health Bill. He has gone into fine detail why it is inappropriate and improper procedure on shows such as Olbermann. And his arguments made sense.

DU got rather perturbed over his negativity.

I considered posting his arguments here but on consideration it seemed pointless. Being O’Donnell all I’d have gotten in replies would be insults to him. Waste of time.

Or he is smart enough to recognize that the Repubs would shove this thing so far up the Dems’ asses come election time or pay them back in spades on a bill that squashed Larry’s commie policies somewhere down the road.

It was so weird watching how Larry O'Donnell went insane. He used to be a fairly calm liberal, easy to take, wrong but not annoying.

And then one day, all at once, he just went completely insane and started screaming at people on television.

His descent into complete nuttiness was a death plummet rather than the more common slow decline.

I watched the first few minutes and he was sane. He was basically making all the same points I heard last night on the radio from Mark Levin. Levin was clearer and more interesting, with a far greater grasp of the legislative rules and history.

I hate to say it, but crazy O'Donnell is more fun to watch than calm O'Donnell. Stop taking the meds Larry - even if it means you'll start wetting your pants and lighting fires again.
