The Brady Campaign has grouped the Gun Lobby with Gun Criminals.
Although The U.S. Supreme Court is deliberating whether the 2nd Amendment applies to the States, a Massachusetts Supreme Court decision on March, 10, 2010, said that, Based on current Federal law, however, we cannot say that the Second Amendment applies to the States, either through the Fourteenth Amendment's guarantee of substantive due process or otherwise. It would have been prudent for the Massachusetts Court to have delayed their ruling until SCOTUS has its say.
If the SCOTUS holds that it does apply to the States, their ruling will trump the liberal reasoning in the Massachusetts ruling. We shall see.
However, in celebrating the possibly short lived victory, the Brady Campaign has lumped those who believe the Second Amendment applies to the States and who are in favor of firearms rights with gun criminals who want to strike down common sense gun laws.

Just wait. If obamacare passes, gun control will be touted as a way to reduce skyrocketing medical costs.
The AMA has been pushing doctors to “prescribe” gun control for years.
