Obama can't seem to make up his mind on his position on late term abortion: "I'm completely suppotive an a ban on late term abortion" ....or do I believe this.... "As a constitutional law professor, I knew without an exception for the mother's health it would be struck down by the Supreme Court."

I guess the "Constitutional Law Professor" didn't read Art. II Section 1 paragraph 5 too closely, if at all. Yet he managed to find the "right to abortion" in the emanation from the penumbra just fine.

Pro-choice is not pro-death without a choice afterwards. Obama wants an excuse to wage forced abortion, China style, on various ethnies and undesired competitors in materiality.
Granted we cannot force a woman to keep a child, but that is up to the state to figure these laws, and it is not to the Supremes’ transforming Common Law into Mandated Law (all want to be lawyers thesed days, including Zero’s Executive, Legislative and Courts all merged into one), but to judge a character who does it for adulterous conveinient drug consuming purposes in open courts, devoid of “Tribal Council” assassination votes behind closed doors, is in accord with the Declaration of Independence’s support for Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness.
Typical entitlement Empty Suit self crediting comment is the beginning of error in all judgement. These people impersonate the story, they do not make it.
Also, to learn about the Constitution's warning of us against a stalking government seem very convenient for a communist stooge to be "graced" in as it teaches him how to do the opposite in order to manufacture dictatorship. Tools and warnings of the survivor's of oppression can be used by the enemy to develop their own counter tools.

Obama is an evil liar. Actually, he is a marxist, which means it is okay to lie as long as it is for a good cause, namely the left-wing agenda.
