You’re completely misinformed.

The Legislature has gradually given more power to the Department of State Health Services. The Legislature, the peoples’ representatives have changed the system to a burden on parents. The Governor bucked the system by ordering that the opt out paperwork be made available on line.

Have you testified or lobbied on vaccine law in Texas? Or any other law or legislation?

You're spinning, and misinformed. Perry mandated the vaccine by Executive Order, without consulting the Legislature. Many private schools would not accept the opt out so it was worthless. Further, the opt out had to be renewed every two years by parents. Perry bypassed the elected representatives of the state and violated parental rights while enriching Merck & Co., whose lobbyist in Texas was Perry's chief of staff.

Lol, I know several House and Senate members, Committee chairs, staffers and lobbyists. And worked there.

I'd say you do your dictator proud, but you don't.
