The author needs a proof-reader and an editor. There are a great many spelling and grammatical errors that detract from the message, and call into question its credibility. Perhaps he printed a rough draft?
You are correct about needing a proof-reader and an editor. In my rush to post, I took a few too many shortcuts. It seemed like an important story that needed to get out. With my job and the kids, I needed to get it out today or wait another week.
I have gone back and edited the entire thing to try and clean up the errors.
It is quite a bit more difficult than one would think to summarize a one hour audio interview. I could probably spend another few hours revising and adding to this part of the post.
