On Sunday, Gita Sahgal, head of the gender unit at Amnestys international secretariat, shared with the Times of London that Moazzam Begg, a former terrorist, inmate at Guantanamo Bay, and Britain's leading supporter of terrorism has strong ties with Amnesty International.
In an email sent to Amnestys top bosses, she suggests the charity has mistakenly allied itself with Begg and his jihadi group, Cageprisoners, out of fear of being branded racist and Islamophobic.
Sahgal describes Begg as Britains most famous supporter of the Taliban. He has championed the rights of jailed Al-Qaeda members and hate preachers, including Anwar al-Awlaki, the alleged spiritual mentor of the Christmas Day Detroit plane bomber.
After letting the cat is out of the bag on Sunday, instead of purging its ranks of terrorist connections, Amnesty suspended Gita Sahgal.

Sahgal should have kept her mouth shut. Anyone with even half of a brain already knew that AI is pro-terrorist/anti-American.
The truth shall set you free, and apparently, truth is not something Amnesty International deals in.....
Hell our own Department of Justice is run by people who championed the rights of jailed Al-Qaeda.
What's the big deal?
Amnesty International has a track record of extreme bias in its hypocritical ignoring and whitewashing suicide bombers and other Palestinian terrorists, while criticizing Israel when it fights back after mass murdering terrorists attack her. Amnesty Internationsl also just accepts Palestinian Arab false versions of events and gives them a stamp of approval. When AI is proven wrong, they just ignore the truth and continue to present falsehoods that fit into their agenda.
