Just to reframe this...the Senator is not ready to give up YET...BUT HE IS THINKING ABOUT IT.

Specter is making some really dumb moves recently...and I’m not saying that just to bash him.....he’s definately got a problem. His temper, and even walking up on the Stage while his opponet was still addressing the audiance, and he was really not aware of the surroundings. Somethings not right.
