Our original Revolution did not stand a chance against the best trained Army of its day, but having leaders that belive in the cause can overcome much.
So far Sarah Palin has been the only one that I have heard that expresses much of my beliefs.
Will she make it to the White House, it is hard to say, I will certainly vote for her if I get a chance.
However, her biggest contribution is bringing many like minded people together. For years the gatekeepers of the media have suggested that liberals were mainstream and anyone on the right was a “kook” or “extreme”.
This is definitely a big contribution by Sarah. However, I think her biggest contribution thus far is pointed out in this post on a thread in the wee hours of the morning by CondoleezaProtege:
without Palin's efforts and "death panels" statement, the healthcare bill would have passed BEFORE the scott brown election...and her comments had a lot to do with fundamentally shaping people's disconcertment over the issue.
Sarah Palin's leadership and voice for conservatism has already helped to "fundamentally shape" the will of the people in profound ways.
