He's doing this because of all the flak he's received about bowing to the Saudi's...so he can later say, "I bow to everyone I meet.". He's trying to quell the "muslim" image...sorry barry, you're too late.
We don't know much about his prior life, maybe it's a position he's accustomed to assuming...who knows.

I’ve seen some good explanations here: Cover, false humility, his upbringing, others. Any or all could be right.
Doesn’t really matter, though. He must know by now that this is an issue, and he must know it’s not good for his own image, let alone America’s. But he still can’t stop.
That a sign of an utter lack of self control, the other side of his “acting out” behavior of flipping off Hillary and the GOP retreat.
Seriously, he isn’t mentally stable. This is the most powerful person on Earth. Someone who could, in a fit of pique, literally wipe out a good chunk of the world.
That should scare EVERYONE, even the libdolts and marxists who support him...
