"Credible sources?" His campaign, a "credible source"? Nothing has been debunked, only side stepped. Hawaii officials swear they have "seen" his birth certificate...well, we all have, but it's a worthly piece of forgery which is NOT the long form and proves nothing.

Where's there is smoke, there is fire...the mere fact that over 60 lawsuits have been filed, proves that. There exists "reasonable doubt" that has - for far - NOT been quelled by any of the obamaland attorneys and their "proof"...which is mostly lip service.

Wait...what exactly is obama defending himself from? Illegally witholding documentation to prove his eligibility as president. So far as I know, refusing to show one's birth certificate is NOT a crime...especially not one worthy of spending over a million dollars to HIDE.

But it is against the law and the Constitution to serve as the U.S. President without being a natual born citizen, and that is all the "birthers" want proven. These same people being labled as "birthers" were required by government and local officials at one time or another to show THEIR birth certificates...I'm 64 and recently had to show mine to sign up for Social Security.

So if the rest of us are required by governments to show OUR birth certificates, doesn't that then make the government a "BIRTHER" TOO? "

I urge all those planning to attend the next Tea Party gathering in D.C. to make a reduced copy of your birth certificate...about the size of a drivers license, get get one of those I.D. lanyards at the local office supply, and proudly wear your birth certficate around your neck at the next gathering...with the slogan, "Hey, obama, we'll show you ours if you'll show us yours".

Dr Fukino made two ambiguous statements on Barry’s birth certificate.

“Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawai‘i, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records,
have personally seen and verified that the Hawai‘i State Department of Health
has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures,” Fukino said.”

If she had seen the original birth certificate, why would she have to verify that the DOH has it on record ?
I think “ seen “ refers to viewing the paperwork that verifies that the DOH has Barry’s birth certificate somewhere.
Although she does verify that there is an original birth certificate that has not been made public.

Her later statement no longer refers to birth certificate.
But, vital records-plural.
Which adds more confusion.
She does not state what those records are.
And then she pronounces him a natural-born American citizen-whatever that is.
And of course, she does not offer any evidence to support her conclusion.
Or how she determined NBAC , her new Constitutional term.

I don’t know if Barry is a natural born citizen or Indonesian or was legally adopted or had his name changed or is actually older than he claims or has a different father.
What I do know is that he is a pathological liar
who refuses to
release his original birth certificate to the American people.

When one is sued, one must respond (defend himself) or risk a default judgment.

Obama's attorneys have not been asked to offer any proof because none of the suits brought so far meet the requirement of standing.

Obama is not burdening the courts, birthers are. Sixty suits, all dismissed for the same reason, and birthers have yet to figure out they're barking up the wrong tree.

No court or judge has asked Obama for any "proof". To whom should Obama present his "proof"?
