To put it kindly there have been many issues with the execution of the stimulus bill passed by the progressive Democrats in Congress nine months ago without so much as peeking at what was in it. The latest issue is that (at least in New Mexico) money was spent in Zip Codes that do not exist.

Maybe what we need to do is find a way to carve up the Midwest into several more states so common sense America can take back the senate.
The Panhandle of Nebraska is one area that probably wouldn’t mind becoming it’s own state. Split Colorado in half so that you have the front range as it’s own state. Make the panhandle of Oklahoma it’s own state too. Maybe crave Montana into a three states. Give them all their own new Zip codes and watch the federal money roll in....
Maybe we need to form our own communities that exist in ghost towns for the express purpose of collecting federal aid.....
All you need is to dump in 50% of what you get back to pay for lobbyists. 2 for 1 return on investment, not to shabby.
We could call it the town of “Lobbyville”.
Someone knows the routing numbers attached to where the money went.
These zip codes have voters who elected Obama. Now we can see how the democrats work. This is what will happen in 2010 and 2012.
The next question is where did the money really go?
Western New York would like the Islands downstate to be their own state!
Those zip codes will get the best health care too.
I love it when a plan comes together.
