Why the 'Angry Mob' Is Angry

I, like many, have had those heart-pounding dreams where I'm battling evil. When trying to cry out, I cannot utter a sound. I try to get away, but my legs won't move. At the height of fear, I wake up, relieved that it was only a dream. I wake up every day realizing that the America in which I am currently living is this nightmare, and I wish it were only a bad dream. Instead, the real-life heart-pounding is leading me to post-traumatic stress syndrome. I pray to get to the "post" part already because my heart cannot endure the present part of living in ObamAmerica much longer. I'm not alone, as a recent Rasmussen poll revealed that 71% of Americans are angry with our government and 61% oppose ObamaCare.

Yes, yes, call us names like "astroturfer," "teabagger," and "angry mob." Such is the motif of our accusers in government who seem to think that we're angry because "our party" isn't in power, all the while neglecting the log within their own eyes that blocks their view of the truth. This hypocrisy and ignorance exemplify the reality behind why we're angry. Using the Saul Alinksy tactic of badgering serves only to pour gasoline upon the very fires of anger that they ignited. And this fire has only begun to burn. The Santa Ana winds are not far off over the mountains.

I thought I was alone. For days after the election I mourned. The tea party movement showed me I wasn't alone and has given me some hope. I don't want the chains. I don't want our children to be chained.

I have taken comfort in knowing that no kingdom, or politician has their place without it being God's will. We are suffering through this for a reason that God knows. We have to be strong and do the right things. I hope we don't let down God or past and future generations of Americans.

Yes, I agree. This is happening to us because we abandoned our belief in God and consequently in freedom and justice. We put the state in the place reserved for God. Obama would never have stood a chance otherwise.

But maybe there are enough people in this country who haven’t abandoned everything but have simply been silenced by the media and the educational establishment and are now finding their voices. I take heart when I read FR, because we are not alone.

I think many people are reexamining their values and things they had taken for granted, and I think and hope that a lot of them will come out on the right side and this evil will not triumph for long.

I’m angry because apparently, since Obama was elected, that means that the majority of Americans are so stupid and disconnected from reality that they didn’t see this coming.

I’m angry because the populace has been so “dumbed down” that American History hasn’t been truly taught for years and years. Heck, the majority of the people don’t even know what communism is. Simple moral teaching has been removed from our schools (just like the Soviets planned) so it is easy to teach kids to do things for the “welfare of the community” which is the same as saying “the state is God”.

I’m angry because, since the majority of Americans voted for Obama that means that America’s value system has slipped to the lowest depths in history.

I’m angry because evil has triumphed because good men did nothing.

I’m angry because we have no means of redress. Various laws have been enacted and military procedures in place that nullify the 2nd amendment. Our government knows full well that we would rebel at some point and they are well prepared! (Operation Garden Plot is real and been in effect since about 1970)

This was a great post, and I think FreeAtlanta makes a good point. We were founded as "One Nation, Under God", which is rapidly fading away. Aethism and materialism are taking over our country. During his appology tour early in the year, Obama stated that we are NOT a christian nation. Once passed, we will soon be funding abortion with our tax payer dollars through ObamaCare. This becomes official policy of the USA, which is an afront to God's will. Senator Nelson has shown that his morals can be purchased with the right price. Judas would be proud.

I find it interesting to reflect on the 1917 vision and prophesy of Our Lady of Fatima and the destiny of Pope John Paul II. Pope John Paul II thought the third secret of Fatima was directed at him. The third secret related the 1981 assasination attempt on him with the spread of communism. As Our Lady of Fatima requested, consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary was performed twice by John Paul II, but it is debatable if this completely fulfilled the wishes of Mary. The third secret foretold of wars and suffering if the errors of Russia are spread throughout the world. She told us that God had chosen to use Russia as the instrument of chastisement to punish the whole world if we did not, by our obedience, prayers, and sacrifices, obtain conversion of Russia. She promises us: " If my requests are granted, Russia will be converted and there will be peace."

But She also warned us: " If My requests are not granted, Russia will spread her errors throughout the world raising up wars and persecutions against the Church, the good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated."

She has told us that the whole world (the part surviving) will be enslaved by the atheistic tyrants of Russia.
