Pat Caddell had a GREAT i’view w/Mark Simone = sitting in for Hannity today. “GREAT”, I suppose, in the sense that he and I agree on the i’view’s content. He thinks the Dems are positively on drugs acting this way, passing the HC bill.
Gosh I really like Mark Simone, so much easier to listen to then Hannity. And I applaud Caddel for saying it like it is!
Interesting interview.
Kind of stunning that neither Horowitz nor Cadell can actually finish a sentence.
Just heard a clip on the Steve Marlsberg show, Demint railing about a section, page 1000, stating that this bill can never be debated, overturned, amended or ever spoke of again. Never in the history of Congress has a piece of legislation turned into a rule that can never be overtruned What the hell is in this bill? This is beyond disturbing, anyone have more info?
Today, I enjoyed Mark Simone a lot more than I normally do.
Hannity is Hannity and plenty of times I find him obnoxious, repetitive, and dogmatic. Nevertheless, I *do* listen to him nearly every day and I *am* thankful that he exists...because most conservatives (not just radio hosts...we, all of us, in our role as persuaders to our peers and friends and associates) make the mistake (IMO) of thinking that the audience listens and considers what we say and allows an interval of time to let ideas sit before reacting or activating a taped response. In the main, I do not think this is so. We do not like to repeat our principles over and over. The other side, in contrast, pulls out and spews the deck of bumper stickers. So while we are being modest, we get 11 bumper-sticker slogans unthinkingly thrown back at us and are thrown on the defensive. And then of course we’re accused of being defensive. So even though Hannity grates on me a few times each day, I have an appreciation for Hannity’s bulldozer, repetitive approach. It is better that he is there than him not being there, IMO.
Thanks for the post; thread. From my perspective Pat Caddell has been an honest man.
Ping to me for later. This should be good. Thanks for posting.

These 2 videos have to be one of the best use of an ~~ hour of my time that I have ever spent on the Internet, minus the FR of course.
David, while a wealth of insight is unfortunately very painful to listen to as he is a very poor public speaker. Uh, Ah, Uh, Ah.....
Glenn Beck should see if he could run a series of segments of this discussion on his show.
