I can't see what evidence there is that these people were 'taken in.' So far Obama has done exactly what he said he was going to do in the campaign. Is Goodwin an idiot? He seems to be saying that he is.

I was thinking of what was available about his past (Marxist mother, father, childhood mentor and on and on...) that a simple net search would turn up. But that wasn't even necessary as your post makes clear.
I have no sympathy for those who voted for him and don't like what's happening. They deserve to be the ones who lose their 401ks, their jobs and are turned down for health care after waiting months to even talk to a doctor.
They deserve to have their taxes doubled, their energy bills doubled and their houses audited for efficiency and be forced to upgrade them before they can sell.
They deserve to have Islamo-Nazis living next door to them doing anything they want to do and running property values into the ground.
Amen and hallelujah! They deserve a double dose of what's coming ten times over.
