From Jeffry Aufderheide: Health Care Bill Creates Peek-A-Boo Squads to Enforce In-Home Vaccinations

denver_bannerJeff is the father of a vaccine damaged son and was one of the speakers at the Don't Inject ME! Protest and Rally for Medical Freedom that was held on Nov. 27th at the capitol in Denver.

Here is Jeffs Email and call to action:

Hello Everyone.

What am I doing sending an e-mail at midnight on a Saturday night after working a 12 hour shift?

Cindy Loveland brought it to my attention that scattered throughout the Health Care Bill about to be voted on Monday @ 1am is wording that shocks the conscience. She had been researching this bill for the past 5-6 hours today.

You can see why they are waiting a few days before Christmas to be passing this bilge of a bill....

I created a post for easy distribution. Please get the word out as fast as we can. This is pure evil in every sense of the word.

Be Blessed,

Jeffry John

URGENT: ACTION ALERT, HR 3590, Health Care Reform Bill – Dec. 20th, 2009 – Virtual Vigil – tell the senate what you think

The public and Congress should be outraged that a task force developing national strategy and interventions to be carried out by the states can work behind closed doors and is not subject to the protections in The Federal Advisory Committee Act, Appendix 2 of title 5, United States Code.

How many Senators are aware of this little section, if any? I’m sure the public is not aware of this.

Buried in the health care bill -HR 3590, on page 1146, is a short little section that says:

“The Task Force is not subject to the provisions of Appendix 2 of title 5, United States Code”. (1)

TOPICS: Health/Medicine
KEYWORDS: compulsion; fraud; vaccine
There’s no shortage of things not to like in this bill, so why should anyone care about this and what does Appendix 2, title 5 of the United States Code say?

Appendix 2 of title 5, The Federal Advisory Committee Act, provides the safeguards so that federal government committees and task forces are kept to a minimum, requires that congress and the public be informed of what these committees are doing and their cost and states that the committees should be terminated when no longer needed. (2)

The new “Community Preventive Services Task Force” created in the bill along with the ‘‘Advisory Group on Prevention, Health Promotion, and Integrative and Public Health’’ and the “Preventive Services Task Force” will develop and make the national prevention, health promotion and public health strategy.

They will also come up with a list of national priorities on health promotion and disease prevention to address lifestyle behavior modification (smoking cessation, proper nutrition, appropriate exercise, mental health, behavioral health, substance use disorder, and domestic violence screenings). These groups will also coordinate with the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.

States can receive grants to implement interventions that are recommended by the “Community Preventive Services Task Force”. Interventions that can be used are ; ‘‘ providing for home visits that promote immunization through education, assessments of need, referrals, provision of immunizations, or other services; ‘‘providing immunization reminders or recalls for target populations of clients, patients, and consumers”; ‘ providing reminders or recalls for immunization providers; and ‘‘ immunization information systems to allow all States to have electronic databases for immunization records”. (3)

The Senate is set to vote on this bill Dec. 21st at 1:00 am. This one little section is just one example of the many “little sections” that are going to cause huge problems. Forcing through a huge bill that has so many problems in the dead of night right before Christmas is wrong.

Please consider joining in the virtual vigil to stop this disastrous bill from moving forward. (4)

Yes, I can see how this could be twisted into a ruthless, no-knock enforcement of vaccinations and god-knows-what-else.

Um...why do I have this strange feeling that “Aufderheide” in German means something hilarious?

"Or ther services........."

Anytime that is at the end of a legislative phrase, you know you're screwed.

This is wrong, as is any regulation forcing vaccination on those families who don’t want it.

By the same token, it is wrong for those families to inflict their little Petri dishes on those of us who don’t believe in ridiculous quackery promoted by celebrity dingbats.

Unvaccinated children are vectors for disease and should all be home schooled and not be allowed in any place other children might gather.

What needs to be done is to find the names of the members, determine where they live, what the specifics of their family lives are, and prepare to make their lives as miserable as your own "IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG". After it's happened, they will, of course, be watching for you.

Not that I'm advocating violence ~ there are far better things ~ ruin their credit for example.

What confuses me most, is that members of congress are supposed to have been educated people. Name me one body politic who enacted legislation which was not supported by the vast majority of the populace, was drafted and passed in secret, and had life ruining consequences to the populace, and that body politic did not experience the end of their useful life.

Sure in the far past it took a little time, but that was before the 24/7 news world and the internet.

How can politicians be so insulated and arrogant that they think they can out maneuver the absolute rule in social evolutin, that being that history alway's repeats itself?

There was nothing special about Germany. Every country has its Nazi-like despots, and ours have taken over the Democratic Party. Welcome to 1984 and beyond. Really, it is 1984 on steroids, enhanced by technology Orwell never dreamed of.

“marxists that wrote this drivel have no idea what they are up against”

I know, I said on a radio show I was interviewed for in september while promoting the 9-12 Denver teaparty that it was going to fun to watch them try to disarm the American West.

They might be able to disarm a couple of American Cities where the law abiding population is already mostly without guns, but when they come across the Mississippi and try to deal with us, just thinking about our limp wristed president and his pansy marxist hoardes trying to take away our guns and ammo will be a funny sight to see.

Let FREEDOM Ring!
