As far as I am aware, forgery of official documents is a criminal offense. Further, unless I am mistaken, counseling and encouraging others commit a criminal offense (forgery) is also a criminal offense. Are you sure you want to recommend to others that they create these documents ?

I am not saying create any document, just look at what is posted.
How can there be one that clearly shows a seal and another that does not.
