I said this on a Sarah thread, but it is probably more appropriate here. If we resist Obama’s war strategy too strongly it will backfire. The media controls the perception as to the conditions in Afghanistan. If after 11 months the media proclaims the U.S. the winner then Obama can say the conservative doubted the capabilities of our military, be he never had any doubt. One more thing Obama may not be willing to see a victory for the U.S., but he is willing to see a victory for himself. I doubt Obama is willing to have a lost war on his presidential record.
