Five years ago, the 9/11 commission reported that Khalid Shaihk Mohammed initially proposed a Sept. 11 attack involving 10 planes that would be used to attack CIA and FBI headquarters, unidentified nuclear plants and tall buildings in California and Washington state. KSL told interrogators that he planned to lead the hijacking of one aircraft himself. He intended to kill every adult male passenger aboard, then land at a U.S. airport and make a “speech denouncing U.S. policies in the Middle East before releasing all the women and children,” according to the report.
Now, thanks to President Obama he will get his chance.

No, I don't believe that. Try as I might, I cannot see anything positive for Obama coming out of the decision to try these terrorists in NYC. This will be a final nail in the coffin of Obama, and he will not run for reelection 2012.

I have to agree with the other post. I think this is exactly what O and his pals want. It just proves their point to America and the rest . I have seen no real evidence that O is or will be in big trouble no matter what he does.

It started way back with Great Britain and it establishing a formal policy for a national home for Jewish people.

The Balfour Declaration of 1917 (dated 2 November 1917) was a formal statement of policy by the British government stating that
"His Majesty's government view with favour the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, and will use their best endeavors to facilitate the achievement of this object, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country."
The declaration was made in a letter from Foreign Secretary Arthur James Balfour to Baron Rothschild (Walter Rothschild, 2nd Baron Rothschild), a leader of the British Jewish community, for transmission to the Zionist Federation of Great Britain and Ireland, a Zionist organization. The letter reflected the position of the British Cabinet, as agreed upon in a meeting on 31 October 1917. It further stated that the declaration is a sign of "sympathy with Jewish Zionist aspirations."
