Friends speak out about Noor, her father and her honor killing. Dear Old Dad's court appearance is postponed again and he remains on suicide watch. The Muslim community meets to address this case of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE (that's what they're calling it) and to let everyone know it has nothing to do with Islam.

Oh yes it does have to do with Islam-—honor killings of women by the male head of a household is condoned.
So is the Islamic Community Center of Tempe prepared to go on record as denouncing honor killings? Are they prepared to come out against Sharia law?
Its one way or the other. They have to pick a side or else a side has already picked them.
Suicide watch for an old man? Oh, puleez. Old muslim’s don’t commit suicide. Old men talk young men into strapping bombs around themselves. Old men are instigators.
It sure seems that way to me, too. Where was the mosque when her parents shipped her off to Iraq and then tricked her into a forced marriage? And how about when they left her there with no way to get home? Did the mosque say anything to her freaking father then?

Marron, I wish I knew but I haven’t been able to find any other report of this so-called gathering anywhere.
And about Imam Ahmad Shqeirat?
He was one of the flying Imams.
With the way I feel about him and what he did to his daughter - I WISH he would off himself. Unfortunately, I doubt very much that he would do something like that to himself. Too chicken. I’m thinking he’s doing it to frame his temporary insanity defense. You watch.
