Here is video of the Roll Call and Twenty-One Gun Salute at the Fort Hood Memorial Service today.
In this Roll Call of the fallen, the officer calls out the name of the fallen soldiers and after a moment of silence, moves on to the next name. The silence of the fallen soldier not responding, is very powerful. . . . (VIDEO)

I had not witnessed this ceremony before. Very moving.
