Good for Honduras. Why should they allow foreigners to dictate how they run their country. And change their constitution?

The article makes a statement about the most difficult part of the deal - reinstating Zelaya. But Zelaya is constitutionally ineligible to be President because of his actions as President.

The legitimate government needs to continue negotiating for another month. Then elections will be held and a new president sworn in. The matter will be moot then.
