This is his second run at Wu, and because the Oregon GOP is... what it is... I can’t let that cat out of the bag at this point, he doesn’t have the OR GOP’s support, and doesn’t want it. They have not won an election in Oregon for decades. Who wants help like that? They have their pet candidate already.
Stephan is running from the point of view that most of congress needs to get fired. The corruption is so rampant that its the only real remedy.
