Many who backed Obama at the time of the financial crisis last Fall, are now, in private, expressing grave misgivings. (snip) I'm told that Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner and chief economic adviser Lawrence Summers have both complained to senior Wall Street execs that they have almost no say in major policy decisions. Obama economic counselor Paul Volcker, the former Fed chairman, is barely consulted at all on just about anything -- not even issues involving the banking system, of which he is among the world's leading authorities.(snip)(obama)is acting as if he has a blank check to do what he wants, while ignoring the longterm costs of his policies. (snip) "The economic guys say that when they explain the costs of programs, the policy guys simply thank them for their time and then ignore what they say."

Obama's wrecking crew (Powerful Reading)
More regret from the supposed smartest people in the room.Whatago dumbasses.
Hey, but we’ll get the Olympics in Chicago!
Barak Obama...brought to you by the same people as the financial crisis...
That has been apparent even to economic illiterates like me. My guess is that Bill Ayers is the one crafting 0duhduh's policies.
Obammy’s pagan demonRAT backed wrecking crew.......tearing the USA apart!
Quite chilling actually...At some point, if these men have any self-respect, they will have to separate themselves from the current administration. At the time of the campaign, there were plenty of indications of Obama's radicalism. But the Democrats on Wall Street and many of our leading economists chose to look the other way. Now a number of the latter find themselves associated with an administration that cares far less about American prosperity than about rearranging economic, social, and political relations in the country to their own liking. Here is a question to ponder. If Barack Obama had a fully free hand, what would he do? I suggest that we should pay close attention to developments over the last few years in Venezuela - for the direction in which Obama's proposals point is the one followed by Hugo Chavez. That he admires what Chavez has done is evident from the fact that he has lent Chavez a hand in his attempt to export the Venezuelan revolution to the Honduras.

History reveals that this trait typifies that of a king or dictator, i.e. - everything belongs to the crown or state and all the people(peons) are there to serve that person.
In some societies (think Ceasar) they hold themselves up as gods and command that type of devotion or worship.
This reveals something of Obama’s character.
Someone needs to tell him he is no king and certainly no god. He is mortal and mortal beings come crashing down to earth eventually.
I just looked at Valerie Jarrett’s WH page. There is no there there:
VALERIE JARRETT
Senior Advisor and Assistant to the President for Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement
Prior to her current position, she served as Co-Chair of the Obama-Biden Presidential Transition Team, and Senior Advisor to Obama’s presidential campaign. Prior to joining the Obama administration, Jarrett served as a Director of corporate and not for profit boards, including Chairman of the University of Chicago Medical Center Board of Trustees, and Vice Chair of the University of Chicago Board of Trustees, and the Chicago 2016 Olympic Committee. Jarrett received her A.B. from Stanford University in 1978 and her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1981. http://www.whitehouse.gov/ope/staff/Valerie-Jarrett/
The funniest story I’ve heard lately came from a former Wall Street executive and longtime Democrat who anxiously recounted a recent conversation with Obama.
The executive said he told the president that he’s at a disadvantage because he’s relatively inexperienced in economic matters during a time of economic crisis. “That’s why I have Valerie,” came Obama’s reply.
“Valerie” is senior adviser Valerie Jarrett — a Chicago real-estate attorney and one of Obama’s closest friends, who has deep ties to the Windy City’s Democratic political machine.
Now you know why Wall Street is so nervous. http://www.nypost.com/p/news/opinion/opedcolumnists/burned_by_obama_CRw506e4NQv1C9IkTVM7tO
