Bush's mistake was to fight this war with compassion. If you can not win a war in your term you better not start it. Now obumber is going to turn tail and run making every American life lost in Afghanistan meaningless. I blame Bush, the media, obumber and most of all 52% of the American voters. I feel sick to my stomach over this and for these brave soldiers and their families.

Bush's mistake was to fight this war with compassion. I think his mistake was in trusting Musharraf. Pakistan has been a refuge for Bin Laden and his cronies for eight years now. What does anybody have to show for it. We haven't caught Bin Laden. Afghanistan is going to hell. And now even Pakistan is looking shaky. We should have sent the special forces into Pakistan with dead or alive orders eight years ago. We might have lost some men but OBL would be dead and we'd be out.

As my dad used to say, if you're gonna go out and step on a rattlesnake, you better be sure to kill it.
