Whether the “plan” covers “illegal aliens” or “end-of-life” counseling, "abortions", etc., is totally irrelevant. The entire “plan” is completely unconstitutional.
I can’t believe the American people are arguing over these issues without questioning the very constitutionality of this bill in the first place. I can’t believe the American people are that stupid?
Where in the enumerated powers of the constitution does it authorize this debacle or for that matter 90% of the Federal and State programs now in effect?
- The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
- To borrow Money on the credit of the United States;
- To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes;
- To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;
- To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;
- To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;
- To establish Post Offices and post Roads;
- To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;
- To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;
- To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and Offenses against the Law of Nations;
- To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
- To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
- To provide and maintain a Navy;
- To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
- To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
- To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining, the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
- To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dockyards, and other needful Buildings; — And
- To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

I don’t know, I don’t anything about health care reform? Maybe its in sections 9 and / or 10? Lets see.
- The Migration or Importation of such Persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the Year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a Tax or duty may be imposed on such Importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each Person.
- The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.
- No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.
- No Capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken.

A lot of Americans don’t realize what FDR did in 1933. It was a silent coup. The sheeple unknowingly and ignorantly and without a fight surrendered to a smooth talking anti-American socialist (just like Obamarx today) that promised to give them this and that.
The American sheeple didn’t question the constitutionality of the ”New Deal“ then nor are questioning the constitutionality of Obamarx’s “health care plan” or any of his other plans.I did however find a similar plan that was instituted a couple of years ago in a land across the ocean.

[You may not have noticed the story on April 1, 2009 about German historians finding the script to Hitler’s only speech to a Jewish community. It was an election speech given in Nuremburg, just before the 1932 elections that swept the Nazi Party into power. Below are highlights from that speech.]
My dear Jewish friends and voters, as part of my campaign for hope and change, I come to you today to ask for your votes for members of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party (but you can just call us Nazis).
First I want to make sure you know who we are. There have been many lies told about us—some from your own newspapers—so today I want to set the record straight.
Many of you question a party that’s led by me with my lack of experience as an elected official, but I assure you that I’ve had many years’ experience as a community organizer and activist, beginning with my Munich beer hall putsch in 1923.
Since then I’ve been organizing thousands of volunteers to help with community activities, such as getting out the vote, especially for oppressed, under-represented Aryans. You might recognize my volunteers by their distinctive brown shirts. (I got a good deal on some war surplus shirts, but I prefer purple.) I must warn you, if we Nazis are elected, we’ll inherit serious problems from our Republican predecessors. Just look at the hyperinflation caused by the Weimar Republic printing too many Reichsmarks. But we have all learned from this foolishness. I can promise you that the world will never again see such dummkoffs who’ll think they can stimulate the economy by spending their way out of a deficit. (Ach der lieber, what idiots!)
I also know many of you have heard the lies about me wanting to appoint my old friend Ludwig Müller as Reichs-bishop of a new Reichs-church. I can assure you that none of this is true. It is true that I’ve been a member of his church for the last 20 years when he often preached on White Liberation Theology, and he did help me find my Aryan identity, but I can assure you that I paid no attention to any of his messages and so he’ll have no effect on my leadership.
But this is all incidental. As I promised, we are the party of change you can believe in! That’s why I am here today—to announce to you my wunderbar new program, which you and the rest of the Fatherland will enjoy when you vote for Nazi candidates so I can become your new Chancellor. Heil!

All of you will be covered by it. Beautiful new treatment facilities will be built for you at such special locations as Auschwitz, Dachau und Buchenwald.
