The burning question on this czar situation is who is paying for their salaries, health care expenses and retirement packages? Does the President of the U.S. have such a large budget available to him that he can hire an army of people without explaining their purpose and/or activities?

Federalist Patriot is paying for all those things. notpoliticallycorewrecked is paying for all those things. And, me, I’m paying for all those things. But, I never got a say-so in the decision to hire those people or to pay for all those things.
