Here is video of an NRA member asking Obama where he is going to get the money to pay for health care without raising taxes. He told Obama he gets his news from the cable networks because he doesn't like the spin from the other places, which Obama replied to by saying "you gotta be careful about them cable networks." . . .(Watch Video)

Where will he get the money? The same place he got the figure “46 million uninsured Americans”. He’ll pull it out of his ass. That’s how we talk where I’m from.
