Yes.
They are carrying on in the tradition of Mohammad, who married one of his wives (Aisha) when she was six, and consummated the marriage when she was 9.
The Quran holds Mohammad as being the model of ideal conduct, so anything he did is automatically something to be emulated by every pious Muslim man.
Certainly you have in the Messenger of Allah an excellent exemplar for him who hopes in Allah and the latter day and remembers Allah much.
