[”I just think that their voting against this good woman is going to treat them about the same way that they got treated as a result of their votes on immigration,” said Reid, D-Nev.]

When Reid and congressional Democrats get home for the recess they will be dodging crowds of hostile constituents—of both parties—incensed over the trillions of debt amassed in just six months. Most people think cap-and-trade and ObamaCare are lunacy. Sotomayor’s confirmation won't create any jobs, pay any bills, or reduce the deficit. She is a token and a sideshow.

Reid’s June approval rating in his home state of Nevada was 34 percent—down 4 percent in one month.

Miguel Estrada says “Hello”
The guy who's Supreme Court nomination the self same filthy Democrats filibustered back in 2005 and proceeded to stop from being elevated to the Supreme Court at a very young age of 44 years?

I sure hope they take advice from the well intentioned liberals. We know they are only trying to help.

It won’t matter if the economy is still the issue.

Talk to Miguel Estrada and Alberto Gonzalez about the lynchings they took at the hands of these filthy rats. Talk about short memories! Both of my rat senators (Specter and Casey) are in the bag for Sotomayor.

If they don't get off their ass and start standing up for us they are really gonna suffer. The fact that Graham let her out of committee is bad enough. In the barracks a guy like that would get a midnight "lesson". I wonder what Senators do? Apparently nuthin'.

Sotomajor first “hispanic” Supreme Court Justice backlash is nothing but pure political B/S..Whatever happened to Miguel Estrada on his way to the Supreme Court ? Estrada’s nomination was blocked and filibustered by Obama and the same socialists who pushed Sotomayor because she’d review cases by “feelings” and might required to rule on constitutional executive limitations of power , not by what the Constitution reads like Estrada would, which by the way Obama and his bunch don’t agree with.

Ok, there are only 40 republican senators, only about 32 of which are conservatives. What was the vote for Alito? 58-42. So it’s ok for 42 democrats to vote against a nominee but not 32 republicans.

Please! Go peddle your snake oil somewhere else!

To think I voted for Little Lord Flimsey Tinkerbelle in 2002. At least I had enough sense to vote against him in 2008 but he got reelected anyway.

South Carolina got some ‘splainin’ to do.

Whenever Marxist radicals warn you that it is not in your best interest to do something, they have kindly pointed out the way in which you should indeed go.
