Child Protective Services has taken custody of the girl after police say her parents blamed the assault on her.

Thank God for that. Poor thing, I hope she is taken to a good home and never sees the monsters again.

I am all against rape, but if one of the rapists was 9, I’m not sure I’d throw the book at him. He is too young to be responsible for his actions, I think, and needs intervention.
