According to results of a study published in Cancer Prevention Research, men with prostate cancer who consumed the active compounds in green tea demonstrated a significant reduction in serum markers predictive of prostate cancer progression.
Green tea is the second most popular drink in the world, and some epidemiological studies have shown health benefits with green tea, including a reduced incidence of prostate cancer, according to Cardelli.
However, some human trials have found contradictory results. The few trials conducted to date have evaluated the clinical efficacy of green tea consumption and few studies have evaluated the change in biomarkers, which might predict disease progression.

I swaer I feal a lot better when I drink green tea.
Make it yourself with gren teabags and honey- just put 6 in a gallon jug and throw it in the fridge.
Add honey and for that citrus taste I discvered that a ‘sour’ mix (like for whiskey sour) is the tangiest and closest to purchased Green Tea

For crying out loud, make up your mind. I can’t stand green tea, but my wife makes me drink it all the time.
The way it’s going, I’ll be dead before they are sure it kept me alive. ;>)

LOL One minute you’re healthy ... the next, not so much.
And knowing your prostate is your one organ worth harvesting.
Green tea is also supposed to be a good anti-oxidant and, when taken 3x per day, is supposed to attack the ‘brown’ fat (belly fat).
Don’t overlook my diaphragm. It’s in great shape from all the laughs I get around here.
