This guy has fallen so low, he needs to piggy-back on Sarah to get some ratings. I bet he is negotiating a new contract with CBS and needs to justify his existence as a late-night talk-show. Of course, if he had any semblance of balls, he would be going after 0.
He is either in negotiation or has signed a 2 year extension through 2012.
