So, they were not military under fire from an enemy combatant? The question is not whether or not someone else was eligible...were they under fire from an enemy combatant or were they just two guys shot by a disgruntled passerby?

Look..there are a bunch of "idiots" that go around throwing out the words "enemy combatents" just because they are muslim or the press reports he was here, was there etc... that is the time you believe the media, when it suits your own personal agenda.

the two soldiers will not and should not get the PH....what, now you expect them to recieve Combat Pay, Hazardious Duty Pay also???
