A few months ago, the FBI raided the offices of the PMA group, founded by a Murtha aide, and one of the Pork King's favorite Lobbying firm. What they found out is that Murtha and his buddies at PMA Group operated their own little Earmark Factory.
But the pork king isn't slowing down, he posted on his site a list of $134 Million Dollars of earmarks that he is requesting, $20 Million of it to clients of PMA, the very firm that is being investigated.
Other recent revelations have been Murtha's "airport to nowhere" and his nephew getting bid-free Defense Contracts. Now another local company Mountaintop Technologies, is getting a Murtha earmark, this time the Justice department is investigating the deal:

While I’d love to see Murtha conviced, he’s guaranteed a pardon from Zer0.
Not going to get my hopes up.
He’s a Dem’Rat and his corruption doesn’t count. Remember Wm. Jefferson (D) of La? With all his corruption it took the voters of La. to kick his butt out. Nancy Bird brain and fello Rats did nothing to remove him. But I hope and pray Murtha gets his political come uppance for once.
I was watching C-Span’s “Q and A” last night. They had the head of Judicial Watch (Fitton) as a guest. He claims that “ANY” member of Congress can file an ethics complaint. That it doesn’t matter which party has the majority. However, he also said that there is a pact between both the Reps and the Dems to NOT file such complaints and to leave such problems to the DoJ to act upon as it sees fit.
He’s a Democrat....NOTHING will happen to him...NOTHING.
