Of course it wants to control the banks. That’s where the money is.
MY bank needs no federal funds, turns a profit, and has never stopped loaning money to people......who qualify for and can afford the loans.
The Feds gave them a “needs improvement” rating for not giving out bad loans to people that could not afford ‘em.
That’s what happens when democrats are in control of government and you can’t get any more red than obama.
