Star Wars fans know that one of the “droids” starring in the series is C-3PO, whose specialty is “etiquette and protocol.” Barack Hussein Obama could use C-3PO right now in an effort to appear less gauche.

Lots of things, and none of them good. He apparently doesn't know - or doesn't care - that all of his actions have consequences; he came to office unqualified and so far seems intent on leaving in a similar state; he has complete and utter disdain for anyone who can't hurt him personally or politically...
That is just the quick and superficial list.
Barack Obama is the malevolent, wise-ass creation of a political machine, with just enough Shinola daubed on and buffed until there is sufficient gloss for the media to do successful retouching. That he also happens to be a boor is unsurprising; also - sadly - unsurprising are the lengths to which the media will go to either ignore or justify all of his gaffes and shortcomings.
If he were content with having interns stuff him with pizza and fellate him while he simply dithered the other 23 hours of his day, the US would survive him.
He is not, and it will not.

A CP3PO will not do any good if the reciepient believes he does not need any advice.
And that bow to the king of Saudi Arabia... That was just the muzzie coming out.
