No it's not, it is an attack on the private market (most banks have not been involved with the bailout) and will usher in (IF it actually had a chance of impact) faster nationalization or socialism (or national socialism) of the market.

No it's not, it's a stupid idea. They should do the rest of us a favor, strap on a bomb vest, go out in the woods (snow covered, don't want any brushfires, blow themselve us, and leave capitalism alone. Better yet, steal a boat and paddle to Cuba. You should consider the underlying objective here.
