Here is an outstanding discussion from Morning Joe this morning that included Rick Santelli and Mike Barnacle along with Joe Scarborough. They talked about Santelli's challenge yesterday of President Obama's approach to the housing crisis. Both Barnacle and Santelli absolutely hit the nail on the head!
Barnacle conceded that "the language of catastrophe" was introduced by Democrats about 12 years ago when they began to push policies that espoused the belief that "every American deserves to own a home." As a result, thousands of mortgages were given to people who can't afford a house. Barnacle said the truth is that many Americans should not own a home -- they should rent. Santelli agreed, and stated clearly that we need to once again affirm that "working hard, and getting something, and accumulating wealth is not a crime." . . . . (Watch Video)

Can we please have the tapes replayed of the DEMOCRATS fighting for those who were” deprived of their own American dream”, therefore they needed a law to make it possible to buy a home. Was it not the Democrats that encouraged and made possible for these “poor poor victims”
to be able to afford their homes?

Just for the record the American dream is freedom. Freedom allows people the opportunity for much including acquiring their own house.

instead, pick a typical GOP location, or at least somewhere that is close (and the rally could help sway the vote in the up coming elections)

I’d say do it in a few locations .Same day .Spring/Summer .BUT..we need national attention and a central organizing center. We need to do this and not jUST talk about it ..Any ideas?

The Libs will sue us in court for environmental damage to the lake. The Global warming crowd will howl about the carbon footprint of the event. The ACLU will take us to court for incitement and hate speech.
I agree...I think I am starting to understand what it was Biden was talking about when he said...we are going to ask you to do things...also Michelle said Obama is going to ask you to do things....The things...in the name of Patriotism....racial equality...is WE...the people...bad people who have dared to live a good life will now have to pay....the haves...will now be the have nots...the have nots...well they are the victims of our selfish capatalistic society.....How dare you want more for your family, then the family down the street....YOU ARE BAD!!!!
