Agreed.

A nuclear bomb is a pretty sophisticated piece of equipment. It the acquire one they have to use it due to degradation issues. Or, they have to have techs to maintain it. It doesn’t even work well as a threat because they can’t hold it over any one’s head for very long.

They would have to put up or shut up and they’re still jabberin.

From everything I've read, nuke weapons are very difficult to maintain in a ready state. Not something armatures can do.
