Where will President Barack Obama attend church in Washington? Thanks to revelations about the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, his former pastor at Trinity United Church of Christ (UCC) in Chicago, Mr. Obama’s church shopping requires more careful political contemplation than a new president typically needs. But his ultimate choice likely will be a noncontroversial church, suitable for young children, with a brief commute and tightly scheduled worship that gets the president back home early on Sunday mornings.

It will be all for show. They will travel around to a variety of churches in DC throughout the years....just for political gain.
I don’t think worshiping God in church is a priority for them
I do not think Michelle especially has come to terms with going to church for the purpose of worship, instead of going to church to bask in the radical political and racist rants of a phleger or wright and to stoke her racist anger against whitey
they have not been to a church since the election, except in Hawaii to chant granny off to nirvana to the songs of Bette Midler in a unitarian chapel
It will of course be amusing to watch the local DC churches try to court them into attending
They can duck the issue by spending most of their weekends hidden away at Camp David or by flying back often to spend isolated time in Chicago
They have people establishing a precise heading from the White House to Mecca as we speak.
If I went to any D.C. church, I’d hope that NO president would come there. Can you imagine the horrible security measures? The few times I’ve been to an event involving a president, former president, or former first lady (Carter, Ford, Barbara Bush, Bush 1), you had to arrive two hours early.
Reagan almost never went to church and rarely brought in a minister. He didn’t see the need to make a public show of his faith.

Just my opinion but anyone who attends a racist church for 20 years does not know the Lord.
