I cannot put McCain into this category. I am ashamed of his lack of guts.

It was McCain that the excuse for the Senate to draw their line in the sand to support Obama in the lie. So are you saying that both McCain and Schwarzenegger are being used as stalking horses? Are they aware of this?

Do you believe what you wrote?

I’m sure he is one but we’ll just have to wait and see if he is “the” One. ;^)

Thanks. I see I need to proof what I wrote:
It was McCain that [was] the excuse for the Senate to draw their line in the sand to support Obama in the lie of his being a "natural born Citizen" -- a claim which is an absurdity.
It was a sentence that tried to contain too much. It's been documented elsewhere, but maybe I can spend some time to put the pieces together and blog. Basically, the Senate passed a (worthless) resolution claiming McCain a "natural born Citizen" and it was strongly backed by pro-Obama Democrats.
There may have been additional moves made in the name of supporting McCain or other postures, but the upshot was to make it more uncomfortable for Congress to object to Obama's non-nbC status.

"But people thought Arnold was the less evil compared to Grey Davis, how did that work out for them?" They were right. Davis was worse.

"...discussion of Arnold being eligible at the least of VP is solid, he IS eligible, and ..." He isn't. The requirements are the same for VP.
I don't believe an ammendment to change the "natural born citizen" requirement would ever get passed. I know I would not be in favor.

"If a Kenyan-born person with Indonesian citizenship can become president, why not an Austrian as well?" It's not in doubt that Aronold was born in Austria. It's only an allegation that Obama was born in Kenya. Nobody has proved that.
