Back in ‘98, I worked for a nursing home and the owners took money out of our checks for health insurance and left us hanging. They never even set up insurance. NOW those crooks are doing Fed. time in the pen, but I got jabbed with serious bills....the birth of our last child among others.
I requested assitance from the insurance commish, John Oxendine, John Linder, Paul Coverdale, several others...and Linder sent me a letter back lecturing me about medicare!
I’m wholly UNimpressed with the man.
The ONLY one I was impressed with was Barbara Bunn (R), not because of the help I got, but because of her honesty....she said she could not help because:
“I’m in bed with the insurance companies!”

May I ask for your help? Please look at the following and make suggestions/revisions/corrections, etc of any sort. Beef it up, if you’d like. I’m sending this to my personal email list, keeping it as short and sweet as possible. Please feel free to use it. My friends/family have been getting updates from me up to last week. I hope to God it comes out in proper formatting, but if not, I DO know that paragraphs are my friends! LOL.
It’s the responsibility of the Electoral College, the Secretary of States, and either the democrat or republican party bigwigs to make sure the candidates are qualified/eligible to run for president. Apparently, all of these people were willing to just accept “the Messiah’s” word for it!!
Here is the language in the Constitution of the United States: Article II, Section 1, subsection [5]: “No Person except a natural born Citizen…shall be eligible to the Office of President….”
A natural born citizen is someone who was born on United States soil from parents who were US citizens. It’s should be obvious why the Founding Fathers put this in our Constitution…they did not want a foreigner or someone whose allegiance might be somewhere other than with and for America to occupy the most powerful seat in the world.
This question has been “out there” for over 6 months, but the presstitutes did not do their job and can no longer be trusted. Also, apparently, the Secretaries of State, the democrat party, and the Electoral College neglected to verify BHO’s eligibility.
So, others have been keeping an eye on the story. (Note that McCain was asked to produce his birth certificate and did so promptly.) When BHO could no longer ignore the issue, he posted a copy of a Certification of Live Birth on his website. Unfortunately, this is NOT the original, long-form birth certificate. The Certification does not give all the info needed to say that BHO was natural born. Only the original, long-form birth cert shows that info.

There have been valid questions raised on the veracity of the certification itself.
A whole lot of people now just want to see the durned original, long-form birth cert. Also, most of us want younger Americans to KNOW that there were plenty of Americans in 2008 who stood up and made objection to this trampling on our precious Constitution. I say that in case 20-30 years from now my younger friends are wondering what the HELL happened to our constitutional republic, once the envy of the world.
After questions arose about the Certification posted on a website, BHO then went to Hawaii to visit his sick white grandmother. Shortly thereafter authorities in Hawaii claimed they had the original, long-form birth cert, but that it was under lock and key and could only be released on BHO’s orders, which he has refused to do. They ONLY said they had the original, not what it said (i.e. whether BHO was actually natural born).
Note that BHO’s grandmother has since passed away, but he never went to her funeral. However, he is supposedly going to Hawaii for the “holidays.” It will be interesting to see if shortly after he returns his original, long-form birth cert surfaces.
Meanwhile, between 12 and 17 lawsuits have been filed regarding this issue and most are still making their way through the lower courts. Two cases have thus far made it to the Supreme Court. One was Leo Donofrio’s, which was ultimately submitted (the 2nd submission) to Justice Clarence Thomas for closed door conference to decide whether or not they would hear the case. It was denied without comment. Donofrio’s case was asking for a determination of the meaning of “natural born citizen.”
The next one was Cort Wrotnoski’s case, also submitted by one of the Justices for closed door hearing, but also denied without comment.
The next one up is Philip Berg’s case, docket #08-570 (www.scotusblog.com). Berg is a Hillary supporting democrat. He supposedly has an affidavit from BHO’s grandmother in Kenya stating that she was present at his birth in Kenya. The lower courts denied this case because Berg doesn’t have “standing.” It is schedule to be reviewed by Supremes on Jan 9th.
Alan Keyes also has a case making it’s way through the CA judicial system. It’s scheduled for hearing in CA Superior Ct in March. From there, it would go to the CA Supreme Ct.

There’s at least one case in the State of Washington, Wroe v. Reed (Pidgeon’s case) that looks promising because WA recently changed their laws to give _____ standing to bring suit. If this goes well, the votes in WA could be pulled for BHO or withheld until BHO produces a valid birth cert.
Meanwhile, the Electoral College counted our votes as per usual on 12/15 for BHO. The next step is for Congress, especially the VP Dick Cheney, to certify the vote. This takes place on Jan 8 2009.
Back to the Constitution: Amendment XX, Section 3: “…if the President elect shall have failed to qualify, then the VP elect shall act as President until a Pres shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a Pres elect nor a VP elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected and such person shall act accordingly until a Pres or VP shall have qualified.”
Most recently, I learned that Congressman John Linder from Georgia is “keeping his eye on this issue” and has stated he will “keep open his option to object” on Jan 8th. His office stated that they were “hopeful it would be resolved before then,” but that they were as concerned as some of us are about the issue. His office told me that a written objection had to be made and it had to be signed onto by a senator.
Here is a copy of an email from Congressman Linder: “This story has been percolating in the media for a number of months. Unfortunately, unless Senator Obama produces the documentation on his own, at this time, there is no way to verify if he is in fact a natural born citizen of the United States. On January 8, 2009, both the U.S. Senate and House shall meet for the purpose of counting and certifying the electoral votes. After the vote has been counted, the President of the Senate shall call for objections. It is at this time that Federal officials in both the House and Senate may object to the certification of President-elect Obama by alleging that he fails to meet the Constitutional requirements to serve as President of the United States. Please be assured that I will continue to monitor this issue very carefully, and I will act when appropriate and necessary. Again, thank you for contacting me. If I can be of further assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to call on me.”
Objection procedure is covered in the U.S. Code: 3 USC 15 - Sec. 15. Counting electoral votes in Congress: “…Upon such reading of any such certificate or paper, the President of the Senate shall call for objections, if any. Every objection shall be made in writing, and shall state clearly and concisely, and without argument, the ground thereof, and shall be signed by at least one Senator and one Member of the House of Representatives before the same shall be received…”
Here’s an old story from Fox news 2005 outlining the objection procedure. Bush’s certification was objected to by ‘rat Sen Boxer from CA and ‘rat Congresswoman Tubbs Jones from OH because of “voting irregularities!” If our rotten experience with ACORN this election doesn’t qualify for an objection, nothing does! The toll-free telephone number to the capital is 877-762-8762. You can call Linder’s office yourself and congratulate/support him for his courage. You can call your senator and ask him or her to sign on to the objection. You can call VP Cheney’s office and ask him to look into the issue.

Don’t we all hear too darned many stories like this. You know the old saying about the poor getting poorer and the rich getting richer, blahblahblah.
I can hardly keep up anymore with all the ‘rat crap! It’s one boiling pot after another. Personally, I see us moving closer and closer and closer to Orwell’s vision in “1984.” Not to mention Ayn Rand’s “Atlas Shrugged.”
We just have to keep on standing watch and fighting and trying to persuade/convince people that, altho there are certainly tin foil hat issues, when it comes to our Constitution it is decidedly NOT a tin foil issue.
All that said, I, too, will be shocked if Linder (or anyone else) actually does something about this constitutional eligibility issue.
I for one believe that G-d is still on His throne and that an angel still directs the storm.
