Well, he got that part right.
Always remember.........God is still in charge. Take hope.

I think he’s probably right about the tax revolts and the squatters rebellion, at least.
Better yet, eat what you are storing and keeping cycling food into your storage, FIFO. You don't have to be concerned about a revolution to have a reason to have some basic preps. Lots of other stuff like natural disasters, storms, terror attacks, etc. are also good reasons.
I’ve heard mixed responses on purchasing MREs. What say you? Honestly, I didn’t think they were half bad.
I wouldn’t be a bit surprised.
This Nation was founded in a tax revolt, and it will fall in one.
I am already stocking food and ammo.
It will definitely get worse before it gets better.
The prob with MRE’s is the overall shelf life and the fact that most wouldn’t eat them w/o an overwhelming need to.
Buy regular foor with long shelf-lives, and rotate them.
Having said that, a case or two of MRE’s is not a bad idea.
I’ve found a few sites selling them. They say 5-10 year shelf life depending on the temp the meals are stored at. I can provide the links if you like.
> The man who predicted the 1987 stock market crash...
Any one knows if this guy has been predicting stock market crashes every year and finally got lucky in 1987?
What would be the reason for revolts/civil war? By 2012, we would already have an election in 2010. If things will get as bad as this guy appears to be predicting, why would we not have a change in control of Congress in 2010?
BTW, what are the odds of a Republican Senator from Illinois?
> If Nostradamus were alive today, hed have a hard time keeping up with Gerald Celente. > New York Post
I am not terribly impressed with Nostradamus either.
only Ron Paul will get us the revolution. None of the other candidates hold a candle to him
Storable food and gold are two good places to make a start.
why Gold? If you were trapped on an island (think Tom Hanks in Castaway) then a pocket knife or a pack of matches is more valuable than a truck of gold bricks.
gold doesnt help hikers trapped on mountains or lost in the woods etc.....
What does he have to say about certain states seceding?
We prefer “Trust God - but keep your powder dry.”
Ok, let’s all commit hari-kari.
Thanks for all the advice.
