The complaint is very interesting particularly this reference
“Hawaii Revised Statute 338-178 allows registration of birth in Hawaii for a child that was born outside of
Hawaii to parents who, for a year preceding the childs birth, claimed Hawaii as their place of residence.”
That would seem to mean that one could have a validly registered Hawaii birth certificate without being born there.

But the U.S. Constitution trumps any Thing in a state’s constitutio to the contrary, as it is the supreme law of the land. So what the state says don’t make it so.

That’s true....however, even though Ann Dunham was a US Citizen according to the US laws in place in 1961, she was not old enough and had not lived in the US long enough after age 14 to pass citizenship to Barry.
