As important at the birth certificate is how he registered at Occidental and Columbia University. If he registered as an Exchange Student at those Universities (it is reported he did), he may have renounced his U.S. Citizenship, if he ever had it.

And then there is the issue of his trip to Pakistan, when U.S. citizens were not allow to go. What countries passport was used for him to travel there?

In the beginning I thought this was all bunk, but am convinced if the truth were know he is not qualified to serve as President.

No truth will come out of Kenya now that Oreila Odenga is Prime Minister. He will see to that.

This is absolutely unbelievable.

On top of that, is the fact that he is Marxist born & bred.

I have a .pdf copy of his fathers thoughts about this from 1965 in the East Africa Journal, entitled “Problems Facing Our Socialism”.

In that article he stated “Certainly there is no limit to taxation if the benefit derived from public services by society measure up to the cost in taxation which they have to pay”

“Theoretically, there is nothing that can stop the government from taxing 100 per cent of income so long as the people get benefits from the government commensureate with their income which is taxed”

(note spelling in the quotes is how it was written by BO Sr.)

I think this language is past Marxism. This is the reason that BO Sr. lost his job, ruined his career, and decended into alcholism. He wanted to align Kenya with the Soviets.

Calling it a night too, but that seems very reasonable. America tries to help her citizens. Think of the case in the famous book “Not Without My Daughter,” where the Iranian husband kidnapped his wife and daughter and took away their passports, keeping them trapped in the Ayatollah’s Iran. America could not help them much from WITHIN Iran but as soon as they made it to Turkey, they were welcomed by our State dept. There is a great willingness on the part of the USA to help Americans who have trouble abroad, even if there is some connection (marriage, child/parent) to another country.

I’d think that the courts would be very sympathetic to a man who never even knew he was supposed to re-swear in as a citizen when he came here at 10 years of age. Come on.

He wouldn’t have known as a child, but would certainly have known at some point in his career that he had to swear as a citizen; if he registered for Selective Service (and he has given contradictory dates and times for this event, not to mention the falsified registration form that is being displayed now) he would certainly have considered the matter.

It’s quite possible that he found it helpful to hold another passport that enabled him to travel to places Americans couldn’t go.

I don’t know whether this disqualifies him or not. The courts might have to decide. But the mere fact that he is lying and stonewalling about it shows that there is a problem there, and if he is forced to reveal his documents and it turns out that he is technically an Indonesian citizen and has travelled on an Indonesian passport, it certainly shows him to be a liar who cannot be trusted with the government of the US.

A minor question occurred to me. Did Hawaii make annotations on the birth certificate when the child was legally adopted? I believe that is (or used to be) done in some states.

Too many shaky premises indeed. False birth certificate, false draft registration, missing theses, absolutely no record of his existence during the ‘Columbia days” - yikes, it’s like he’s been invented out of thin air. And remember the “hacked” passport incident earlier in the campaign?

During his entire campaign not one person came along to say O was just a nice guy in the cubicle next door or he’s someone who went for walks in the park and fed the birds....you know, every one of his revealed associates has been some kind of radical whack job who needed to be defended or thrown under the bus. un-be-liev-a-ble

Thank God, and I mean that literally, that we finally have someone that they can’t claim - “No Standing”.

I think his sister was born overseas and has a Hawaii birth Certificate. I don’t know if Ann qualified under the laws at that time, i.e. residency , for her to be a US citizen. I don’t know much about the sister or the timeline.

BUT..hallelujah

Zero supposedly stayed with this guy’s father for a few days when he went to Pakistan at the request of someone now living in South America.

It’s actually an excellent question, because from my own personal experience I can attest to the complete alteration of a birth certificate under adoption circumstances.

My parents divorced about 3 years after I was born, and my mother remarried soon after that. I was legally adopted by my mother’s second husband, the court having found that my biological father abandoned us.

For many years I have carried with me my laminated birth certificate in card form, with raised seal and everything, from the state of Rhode Island where I was born...my B.C. shows my last name and father as reflecting the result of my adoption, with no evidence whatsoever thereon that I’d previously had a different last name from my biological father, or that I actually started life with a different father altogether.

In all diligence I must say that I’ve read some sparse accounts of certain people who allegedly knew/knew of Hussein at Columbia, although at least one refuses to talk much at all about it, and others are very sketchy...they all seem to be Middle Eastern Muslim types, druggies, and so on...there’s just not much info at all to fill in the gaping, yawning crevasse of a dearth of real records and such.

It has been surmised that Hussein was living within a couple/few blocks of Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorhn at that time in NYC, and was within a short distance from the scene of the Brinks armored car robbery by the Weather Underground that resulted in the murder of 2 police officers and a security officer.

Hussein is in fact known to have been a member, at Occidental College, of the SDS (Students for a Democratic Society), the radical leftist group that spawned The Weathermen...he admits that at Columbia, he sought out and circulated amongst “the Marxists, the beat poets, the radical fringe-types,” etc....

I don’t think it’s too far fetched to speculate that he was himself at least a charter member of The Weather Underground in its final incarnation in the early ‘80’s.

And yet he paints the picture as if he was only 8 years old when Ayers did his treason and terrorism! Ayers’ and Dorhn’s dastardly deeds and sedition continued on until Hussein was at least 20.

But just about everything you pointed out is accurate.

If.....

he traveled on a foreign passport obtained upon or after the age of 18, without the knowledge of the US Imm/Pass Office, he has a problem.

he applied as a foreign student and adopted a foreign name to obtain entrance an/or financial aid, he has a problem.

he didn’t disclose criminal history, drug usage, and/or aliases to the Illinois Bar
Association, he has a problem.

he ran of a position of elected office under the guise of an assumed name, he has a problem

he falsified documentation in regards to Selective Service Registration and that is his signature on the application, he has a problem.

This whole thing is really getting out of hand and will be so convoluted that the judge will rule for him just to get the case off his desk. Makes me wonder if turning this thing into spaghetti isn’t deliberate.

With all of the missing basics and lack of character witnesses from his early adulthood (that are not radicals, whack jobs, racists), there is no way the Democrat media would have let Republicans ever run with such a candidate

The headlines on the NYT would have lasted longer than Abu Ghraib:

"John McCain College Records Missing: What Is He Hiding?" "No One Knows McCain's Whereabouts in his New York Years" "Who Is John McCain? Does His Hidden Past Disqualify Him?" "McCain: Lied About His Selective Service" "McCain Born in Three Hospitals on Two Continents" "McCain Still Doing Hard Drugs in the 90s?" "McCain Spent Formative Years Alone Every Evening With Communist Pervert" etc.

Wow, I did not know that.

And yet no one in the press dared ask if he was a former member of the SDS at Occidental, or the Weather Underground at Columbia.

Gee, I sure would like to know that about my President.

You bring up some interesting points. Do we have a definitive of his legal name? Was he legally ever Soetero? I know that it is EASY to have a child live under the “New Dad’s” name without changing it. Did he stay Obama, but just got called Soetero?
