Now that the election is over and Barack Hussein Obama is set to become the 44th president of the United States, The New York Times is finally able to admit that Obama is adored by terrorists and totalitarians worldwide.
In a November 8 news story, “Jihadi Leader Says Radicals Share Obama Victory,” The Times reported, “The leader of a jihadi group in Iraq argued Friday that the election of Barack Obama as president represented a victory for radical Islamic groups that had battled American forces since the invasion of Iraq.” The leader is Abu Omar al-Baghdadi of the Islamic State of Iraq, which has ties to Al Qaeda.
The article says Baghdadi’s declaration is “a claim that has already begun to resonate among the radical faithful.”
True enough. But, why didn’t The Times report on Obama’s support from communists and Islamacists before the election? After all, it wasn’t exactly a national secret.
* In May, Fidel Castro wrote in Granma that he believed Obama was “doubtless, from the social and human points of view, the most progressive candidate to the U.S. presidency.” Venezuela’s Marxist dictator Hugo Chavez agreed.
* In October, Ali Larijani, speaker of the Iranian Parliament, called Obama “more flexible and rational” than John McCain.
* In April, top Hamas political advisor Ahmed Yousef compared Obama to John F. Kennedy, and lauded the Democrat as a “great man, with great principle” and “a vision to change.”
The Times chose not to cover the foregoing, for fear it would harm its candidate if voters knew that terrorists and thugs were rooting for the “candidate of change.”
As an adjunct of the Obama campaign, The New York Times managed news of the presidential race with excruciating care.
I hate the news media more than I hate Obama, and I can’t wait until more of these SOBs close up shop. Viva la Internet!

How could anyone claim to be ignorant of the fact that terrorists admired Obama?
This was well-known before the election and anyone who voted for this man has no excuse for not figuring this out or, literally, ignoring the facts.

It wouldn’t have mattered to his voters at all.
Some people think that the MSM will turn on Obama. I don’t think so. I think that they will now try very hard to prove that they were right for being in the tank for Obama. Chris Mathews has already come out and said that he is going to do everything he can to help Obama be successful.

It has become PAINFULLY obvious to me that we have huge numbers of voters who are WILLFULLY IGNORANT! These are people who literally don’t want to know anything, they base their vote purely on emotional reaction to the candidate based on looks, personality, charisma etc. It is sickening to have to accept this but I have met many personally and have seen others on youtube and on national television. This type is not interested in the facts, they have the attitude described by the old cliche that is no longer heard,”Don’t confuse me with the facts”. It makes me want to move to a small island somewhere where no one whose brain is devoid of live cells is allowed to enter.

Well that could be, but I think people put too much emphasis on the here and now, and the here and now is the economy. People expect a cushy lifestyle and do not have the discipline it will take to ride out hard times. The blinders on their eyes make it difficult to see the other issues, let alone think about them.
