AP just ran with it ... though ... of course ... that means little. They’d run with a claim that Palin is from Mars if the Obama Campaign ran it as a talking point.

The decision was issued last night- it should be up on Pacer on Monday. The judge was being nice to Obama (PBUH) by issuing the decision on a Friday night- thereby averting any news cycles.

They have had this warning on their site for some time now.
We continue to see rumors about Berg v. Obama floating around the Internet. Some of them are even posted in the comments on this website. We will keep this site updated with the most current information, so please view with suspicion anything you see about this case which has not been published here.
The comments on this website are posted by visitors to this site and should not be taken as a communication from Phil J. Berg.

I also lookwd on the website for the court & judge, and everyting is there EXCEPT the ruling. Seems that the concerned party would be informed....

Bt, as a principal to the suit, Berg should have been informed that a ruling had been made, or I think that would be Judicial misconduct. Besides a 6:15 PM ruling on a Friday does not pass the smell test, if no one was informed.

I've reached out to a couple of people closer than I, who might be able to assist. I'll post any info if I get it. What surprises me is that there is nothing on bergs site but AmericanRight posted the same info and IIRC he was pretty close to the main participants.
I'll jump over there and see what's up. Can someone go to HRC and see if any more info is avail?

Case Dismissed Berg to appeal
So, who does have standing? According to the Hon. R. Barclay Surrick, that’s completely up to Congress to decide.
If, through the political process, Congress determines that citizens, voters, or party members should police the Constitutions eligibility requirements for the Presidency, then it is free to pass laws conferring standing on individuals like Plaintiff. Until that time, voters do not have standing to bring the sort of challenge that Plaintiff attempts to bring in the Amended Complaint.
